The world has a major food problem looming: According to a new study from Ohio state University, the world need an additional 16 million acres of farmland to keep up with global demand. Half of that farmland is need in China alone.
Analyst Comment: Without a major expansion of farms, the global food supply will grow tighter, increasing the frequency and severity of food shortages and resulting in elevated prices.
