UK’s NHS is planning to “collect patient-level identifiable [hospital] data pertaining to admission, inpatient, discharge and outpatient activity from acute care settings on a daily basis.” The data will be pseudonymized but not anonymized which would allow for identification through some relatively simple cross-referencing.
