The latest job numbers reported by the BLS showed a large 528,000 job gain. The household jobs survey which typically tracks very closely to the BLS survey, showed a smaller 179,000 job increase. The discrepancy appears to be due to a large number of workers who are now working multiple jobs. It is not indicative that a lot more people are employed.
