Russia and Ukraine have signed a deal to allow Ukrainian grain exports through three Black Sea ports. It could take several weeks to clear safe passages as the ports are surrounded with Ukrainian sea mines. There are also challenges with moving grain safely to ports, finding transport ships, and obtaining insurance.
