The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) is warning of unprecedented drought conditions in the Western half of the United States that may persist through Summer. The drought conditions are heavily impacting Texas, Louisiana, Oklahoma, Kansas, Nebraska, South Dakota and all states West.
